Welcome to NoCensorAI (“we,” “us,” or the “Service”). NoCensorAI provides AI-powered image and video enhancement tools (photo upscaling, skin editor, background removal, video generator, API access, and integrations) accessible via https://nocensorai.com (the “Website”). By using the Website or our Services you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use NoCensorAI

You must be at least 18 years old to use NoCensorAI. By creating an account or uploading content you represent that you have the right to do so and to grant the licenses described below.

2. Service description & acceptable use

NoCensorAI offers cloud-based AI processing to edit and enhance images and videos. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity or to upload content that violates third‑party rights, contains child sexual abuse material, or is otherwise illegal or abusive.

3. Accounts, uploads & retention

Registered users: content you save to your account (Gallery) is retained until you delete it.
Guest/temporary uploads: files uploaded for one-off processing are automatically removed after 24 hours unless you save them to your account.
You are responsible for backing up any content you want to keep.

4. Ownership & license

You retain ownership of the images and videos you upload. By uploading content you grant NoCensorAI a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your uploaded media to train our models or third‑party models without your explicit consent.

5. Third‑party models & providers

Processing may involve third‑party or open‑source AI models and cloud providers. Use of those providers is subject to their terms. NoCensorAI is not responsible for third‑party services beyond their published terms.

6. Payments & refunds

Paid features and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Refund requests for subscriptions are handled as described in our Refund Policy — in most cases we offer a 7‑day refund window for new paid subscriptions; contact support@nocensorai.com to request a refund.

7. Prohibited content

Do not upload, submit, or transmit material that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, pornographic involving minors, or that promotes hate or violence. Violations may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.

8. Intellectual property

All NoCensorAI branding, site content, code, and documentation are owned by NoCensorAI or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse NoCensorAI’s trademarks or copyrighted material without permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOCENSORAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. NOCENSORAI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. Termination does not erase obligations that survive termination (e.g., payment obligations).

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in California courts unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
